While Hadassah's Hope seeks to help families with their adoption process, we are unable to fund the entire adoption. This is why we have listed below more opportunities that you can use to assist in your adoption balance.

Federal Tax Credit: The government awards up to $10,000 in tax credits to adopting families. To find more information on the family tax credit visit the IRS adoption credit website.

Military Families: Active duty military employees may be eligible for up to $2000 in adoption relief assistance. Contact your local armed forces office for more details.

Adoption Grants: Adoption grants are available from many different companies. Your adoption agency will often offer up grants to families in need. Inquire with your agency as to the assistance they will give.

Employer Subsidies: Many employers have money set away just for adoption purposes. Check with your employer to see if they offer employee monetary benefits for adoptive families.

Loans: Other assistance that can be acquired is home equity loans, insurance and low-interest loans through your prospective banks or lenders. Approach your bank officer to find out more ways that loans can help you pay for your adoption.

Fundraising: This is a great way to help pay for the costs of your adoption as well as get community involvement. Many prospective parents get their families involved through support letters. A support letter lets your family and friends get involved in the process through financial and prayer support. Many families do this through sending out informational letters attached to a donors tab for contributions.

"22But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.
27Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress
and refusing to let the world corrupt you." James 1:22, 27 (NLT)
