Craig Jutila
President + Founder
Craig earned his Bachelors Degree in Christian Education from Biola University. He is the author of many books and articles including Leadership Essentials for Children’s Ministry and 5 Minute Encouragers for Teachers. Through his company Empowering Kids, Craig provides leadership and resources for children’s leaders in the local church. Craig has been a presenter for Group Publishing and the International Network of Children’s Ministry and has written several articles for Group's Children's Ministry Magazine. He was recently identified by ministry experts nationwide as one of Children’s Ministry Magazine’s Pioneers of the Decade. Craig has been in children’s ministry since 1988 and resides with his wife Mary, twin sons Alec and Cameron and daughter, Karimy, in Southern California.

Mary Jutila
Vice-President + Co-Founder
Mary has been in public education for the past 13 years teaching, administrating and writing curriculum. She graduated with an undergraduate degree in Speech Language Pathology and holds a Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders. She is a published author and sought after communicator in the area of education and parenting. Her insightful and practical approach to education makes her one of the leaders in her field. She is the co-founder of Empowering Kids, a company designed to provide relevant resources for the local church. She is married to Craig and they have twin sons and a daughter, who was adopted as a young child from Kazakhstan.

Elizabeth Holmes
Director of Operations
Elizabeth is the Director of Operations at Hadassah’s Hope. She has traveled all over the world doing service in areas such as South America, Mexico and Asia. Elizabeth oversees all operations at Hadassah’s Hope and service trips out of the country. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a major in International Relations. She has a huge heart for the lost, making her a perfect fit at Hadassah’s Hope.
